The Narayani River Conclave 2023 brought together participants from different backgrounds and areas of expertise over the course of two days on February 13–14, 2023, to talk about the long-term preservation of the Narayani River Basin. Participants included all three tiers of government stakeholders, academicians, researchers, policy makers, high-level government officials, students, and emerging scholars. The central theme of the even was “Healthy Rivers: Healthy Lives” and included presentations from experts and researchers as well as a planned discussion of the opportunities and challenges the Narayani River is currently facing.
