Invitation for EOIs: Supply of goods and services

WWF, the global conservation organization leading international efforts for a living planet, is updating its current roster for potential suppliers in Nepal for the following goods & services.

1 Advertising: Newspaper and Online Portals.
2 Desktop, laptop and electrical goods supply, repair, and maintenance
3 Field gear and Office Merchandise (trekking accessories i.e. sleeping bags, mattresses, tents, jackets, backpacks, t-shirts, cups, caps etc.)
4 IT services (annual maintenance contract of computers, servers, network systems, printers, scanners, UPS, and its peripherals)
5 Internet service
6 Office furniture supply, repair, and maintenance
7 Other office equipment (cameras, binoculars, projectors etc.)
8 Printing and designing
9 Stationery and office supplies
10 Travel services include airline ticketing, hotel booking, visa services etc.
11 Vehicle rentals for travel inside and outside valley
12 Courier service (Domestic & International)
13 Cleaning and Sanitization items
14 Supplier of a diverse range of products made from recycled materials, including paper, clothing, bags, furniture, decorative items, and stationery.
15 Supplier of locally made Nepali products including groceries, handicrafts, clothing, stationery, hemp items, and wooden goods.


Interested VAT/PAN-registered organizations are requested to submit their Vendor Profile Form with accurate information. Any false information provided will automatically lead to disqualification. The EOI (Vendor Profile Form) should be delivered at the following address in a sealed envelope containing all required information as requested in the form and marked as “Expression of Interest for …” (clearly indicating the product/service category above). The submission deadline is 15 May 2025, at 5:00 pm.
